Founded in 2007 by Keron Cowan, we’ve dedicated ourselves to creating a culture of collaboration, transparency, and quality at every level, “how we do anything, is how we do everything”.

We take our architectural designs all the way to a completed construction project, but what is it like getting there? Our Design Process
Consultation.
Every great design starts with ideas and communication. We get to know you, what you love, what you don't love, and most importantly your budget, to design a brief around your requirements
Design.
There are 3 Phases for the design process, Schematic Design, Design Development, and Construction Documentation. We turn conceptual drawings into comprehensive floor plans and details for construction
Approvals.
Upon completion of the Design Phases, we submit your plans to the relevant authorities for approval.
Our Construction Process
Budgeting/ Builders’ Estimate.
Creating a comprehensive builders' estimate before a block is laid, is imperative to a successful construction project. Balancing client needs with budgetary restrictions is of paramount importance.
Construction/ Management.
Upon receipt of all approvals and financial allocations, construction begins. We manage all subcontractors, procurement of materials, and labour personnel to ensure the project is on time and on budget.
Handover.
We deliver a turn-key project that brings your vision to reality. This is when you begin enjoying a space that's truly yours!
